the landing at greyhound park

This is the first building constructed in Greyhound Park, a master planed development by Delwest in Commerce City. Santulan also assisted in the master planning effort and authored the design guidelines for the campus. This affordable housing building consists of four story apartments over underground parking.

The building features two prominent west facing bookends. A museum at the southwest corner is planned to showcase the history of the site as a former Greyhound Racing Park. The northwest corner features the leasing center, community spaces, offices, an early childhood education center, and a community roof deck with views of downtown and front range.
