This landmark mixed use affordable housing project acted as a catalyst for redevelopment along the East Colfax corridor. The project has 50 family apartments and houses the Fiction Brewery on the ground floor. The widely acclaimed design uses a corrugated metal façade with angular lines to pay homage to the automotive heritage of Colfax Avenue.
