The first of a multi-phase redevelopment of the Sun Valley Eco District, the design of this 138 unit mixed-income project features two towers located over a common subgrade garage. A robust community engagement process led to a design featuring a large number of multistory townhome units with direct access to the outdoors. The building mass was broken into two towers allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the north facing courtyard designed as a safe multigenerational amenity space. A steel bridge connects the two towers at the top to provide access to a roof deck that enjoys 360 degree views of downtown, the Broncos stadium, and the mountains.
The building was awarded the prestigious 2024 Multifamily Executive Grand Prize in Mixed Income Category.
