The project is comprised of two separate sites located on either side of Sulphur Gulch. With frontage on Main Street and PACE Center, this project will be a Gateway to Historic Downtown Parker. The North building hugs the Main Street and Pine Drive frontages creating a vibrant and active streetscape. A brick column arcade is utilized to create shaded indoor-outdoor spaces along the street to benefit the retail/restaurant uses on the ground floor. The stately brick architecture befits this prominent location and fits well with Parker’s historic heritage. The South building expertly engages with the site topography to cut in a sub-grade parking garage and create a massive landscaped podium with a pool deck and western views for miles. A strong connection is made between the ample outdoor amenities and the bank of the Sulphur Gulch. Both buildings have their own roof decks to take advantage of the spectacular 180 degree views.
