Our President Harsh Parikh was a Presenter at the 2018 Denver Housing Forum hosted by the Denver Office of Economic Development. The event combined plenary sessions that placed affordable housing in a broader context of economic mobility. Mr. Parikh’s panel included Ahmad Abu-Khalaf of Enterprise Community Partners, Eric Holt of University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, and Tim Reinen of Radian. The panel’s topic was Financing Affordable Rental Housing in the Current Climate: Maximizing Resources and Reducing Costs. Mr. Parikh’s presentation explained how Architects can create construction cost savings by employing specific design strategies.
