We are excited to see the infrastructure improvements begin for Greyhound Park in Commerce City, Colorado. Greyhound Park is a 63 acre master planned community developed by #Delwest and constructed by #Crossland. Parikh Stevens led the visioning and master planning effort along with #KimleyHorn and #Studio Insite and authored the design guidelines for the whole campus. Additionally, Parikh Stevens is the Architect for three separate multifamily projects on the campus, a 223 unit workforce community, a 270 unit market rate community, and a 50 unit PSH community.
