The architectural design for this project reinvents the historical Colorado Mining vernacular by giving it a Contemporary twist to create a truly unique aesthetic. The design utilizes the warm natural material selections of stone, wood, and metal found in the Colorado Mining vernacular with a more modern take on roof lines and structural elements. The single 4 Story building will be the central hub of the site, housing the clubhouse amenity area, access to the pool and spa, and includes a 4th floor roof deck with uninterrupted views of Waterton Canyon and Highline Canal Headwaters to the west.
