CArillon at DTC

This 7-story continuing care senior community developed by the team behind the successful Carillon at Boulder Creek brings high-end senior housing to the DTC area. The project houses 164 units which are a mix of Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The contemporary design uses projecting corner balconies, a rarity in senior housing. The use of a warm earthy color palette along with a generous use of sun shade elements lends a soft touch to the contemporary design. The building configuration exploits the sloping terrain to tuck in a garage level under the building and ensconces a landscaped courtyard.
