Located just two exits from the north gate of the Air Force Academy, the project site offers great western views and close proximity to shopping. Our site plan locates some buildings parallel to Jackson Street Parkway to engage the street and other buildings curve along the western edge to maximize views. A single story clubhouse grabs attention right at the project entry and buildings surround parking to conceal it from public view.
