plaza Townhomes at Moline

The larger version of its sister project, ‘Plaza Townhomes at Macon’ for the Aurora Housing Authority. This urban infill project fits 20 dwelling units over structured parking. A ‘street’ is created on the podium level with flanking townhomes. By creating a new ‘street’ one level above the actual street, a safe outdoor area is created where residents may congregate. Recipient of a NAHRO Design award.
