Denver Housing Authority’s Mixed Use project with 176 Senior & Disabled Affordable Housing units won a statewide and a national award in the same week. On March 10^th, the project won Colorado NAIOP’s Community Impact Award and followed it up by winning the Eagle Award at the 31^st Annual National Excellence in Construction Awards at the Associated Builders and Contractors Convention in Dallas, Tx.
